YuMOVE Joint Care, the UK’s leading vet-recommended joint supplement brand, sought to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. By partnering with Paperplanes, YuMOVE aimed to leverage direct mail to re-engage customers who had abandoned their carts or browsed other subscriptions. The goal was to increase online conversions and generate additional revenue

The Treatment Plan
Paperplanes executed targeted direct mail campaigns to re-engage customers who had abandoned their carts. Personalised mailers were sent to both non-subscriber and subscriber customers, highlighting the benefits of subscriptions and recommending relevant products based on their individual needs and purchase history.

Back on Their Feet
The direct mail campaigns presented significant results, driving a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) of £6 for every £1 invested. The campaigns also achieved a high conversion rate of 23% and a strong average basket value. The effective collaboration of understanding our client’s needs led to a strong campaign off the basis of personalised product recommendations.
