We designed personalised abandoned basket campaigns to recover potential lost sales, one-time purchase campaigns to drive engagement from new customers, and a winback strategy to re-engage those who had previously lapsed. Each campaign was crafted to resonate with specific customers, utilising detailed behaviour tracking and to maximise relevance and impact.

Health-driven harvest
Our campaign delivered impressive results across every customer segment. Mailed customers were 26.7% more likely to convert overall, with abandoned basket campaigns achieving an outstanding 110.5% higher conversion rate. One-time purchase campaigns saw conversions increase by 14.6%, while our winback strategy delivered 18.3% higher conversion rates and increased average basket values. These results prove the power in building long lasting customer relationships.
